NCS FINLAND OY ACQUIRES THE THERMO BUSINESS OF DSV ROAD OY.
NCS Finland Oy acquires the thermo business of DSV Road Oy, thus strengthening its market position in temperature-controlled transports.
DSV Road Oy’s thermo business will merge with NCS Finland Oy from 1st of February 2021 onwards. This business acquisition does not affect customer contracts or staff. The validity of customer contracts will continue as before, and the entire thermo staff and equipment of DSV Road Oy will be transferred to NCS Finland Oy.
As of Monday 1.2.2021 all orders will be made in the name of NCS Finland Oy.
