NCS FINLAND OY ACQUIRES THE BUSINESS OF IBERTRANS OY

NCS Finland Oy acquires the business of Ibertrans Oy and solidifies its position in temperature controlled transports, as well as transports to/from the Iberian Peninsula
Ibertrans Oy, a family-owned company founded in 1992, specialises in road transports between Finland and the Iberian Peninsula. (Spain and Portugal) Their transport services cover groupage, partial and full truckloads.
These are done by using temperature controlled FRC-classed trailers.

The business of Ibertrans Oy will merge into NCS Finland Oy from 27.1.20 onwards. The acquisition of the company does not affect customer contracts or staff. Customer contracts continue to remain valid and the entire staff of Ibertrans Oy will become employees of NCS Finland Oy.
